Pegaso W.L. has been working in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 in order to obtain the certification of its QM system.

All translators and interpreters are accurately selected in accordance with strict skill and qualification requirements. An accurate quality control procedure is started every time when we receive an order for translation from a customer. We implement very precise and traceable procedures from the income of the purchase orders to the validation of the customer after submission of the final translated files.

Full understanding of customers’ documents and contract requirements are a priority as well as our commitment to establishing a mutual relationship of collaboration with customers in order to match all their requests and overcome  together any possible difficulty.
Our hardware, software and translation tools  (dictionaries, glossaries and software) are consistently updated.

Preventive and correction actions are always available to ensure maximum customer’s satisfaction and make service promptly attainable in terms of price quotations, efficacy and flexibility in the business relationship, competitive pricing and fast delivery terms  in compliance with contract quality standards. Prevention of non-conformities is better than curing and finding remedies. For this reason, we focus on establishing a good and reliable method rather than on individual single errors.
